Results of SOSFA Governing Committee 2024-27 Election Declared

The Returning Officer is pleased to report that the election for the SOSFA Governing Committee 2024-2027 term has concluded and the following six people have been elected to the Governing Committee (in alphabetical order):

• Kerri-Ann Arnott (CWA of NSW)

• Kim Delbaere (ANZFPS)

• Mark Kotowicz (ESA)

• Markus Seibel (ANZAC Institute)

• Audrey Sully (CWA of WA)

• Tania Winzenberg (RACGP)

We would like to congratulate these six candidates and thank all the candidates who put up their hand to run in the election. Additionally we would like to thank the Member organisations for nominating all candidates and for voting in the election, as well as Vero for providing the logistical support to run the election smoothly.

The new Governing Committee is planning to meet later in August where they will, amongst other business, elect the Executive for the next term (Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary) and consider whether to Appoint any additional people (up to three) to the Committee who bring supplemental skills or expertise.
